WHAT IS CYBER CRIME?
Cyber crime is a crime that is committed through computers and the Internet.Thus,crimes committed with the help of cutters and internet can be called cyber crime.E.g.Stealing confidential information from a computer,disrupting the work of a computer by injecting a virus into a computer,infringing copyright or stealing a computer password,stealing money or information,etc.

Entering your computer without your permission and stealing information without your knowledge is called Hacking.Hackers carry out their work with the help of a computer program.

A virus is a computer program that enters a computer and disrupts the normal functioning of the computer or damages the information stored in the computer.It can easily move from one commuter to another.

Logic bomb is also known as"Slag code".A logic bomb is a malicious code inserted into software that activates when it appears on a particular occasion and disrupts the computer's function.It is not a virus but acts like a virus.

Denial-of-Service (DoS) is a deliberate attack that disrupts a computer or Internet service with a user's licensed operating system.In which the user does not get the service he or she wants,e.g.Crushing or slowing down the commuter server.

Phishing is a technique used to steal private information such as credit card numbers or usernames and passwords.Phishing is usually done by e-mail.

Web Jacking involves hackers gaining false control over a website and then altering the original text in the website or sending the user to another false website.
🔵CYBER STALKING.
Cyber Stalking is a new type of Internet crime in which the information of a person's online activities is constantly obtained without the knowledge of the person threatening to reveal his or her confidential information.
🔵DATA DIDDLING.
Data Diddling replaces information entered into a computer.This change of information is performed before or during the entry of information into the computer.After the information has been processed by the computer, the changed information is returned to the original information.Due to which the result prepared by the cutter can be changed and a good result is not achieved.
🔵IDENTITY THEFT AND CREDIT CARD FRAUD.
In these types of crimes, someone other than you can use your credit card or bank account to steal your identity details.Your credit card number and password can be stolen and purchased online.
🔵SALAMI SLICING ATTACK
In Salami slicing attack or salami fraud, a cyber criminal steals your little money or some internet data which does not come to your notice.This way a few rupees or a few Internet data are stolen from time to time and you remain unaware of it.
🔵SOFTWARE PRICY.
This type of crime is committed if the software is obtained and used illegally instead of being purchased from a company that makes the necessary software for the computer.This type of crime occurs when a copyrighted information placed on the Internet by a person is used for their own benefit without the permission of its owner.
CYBER CRIME AND IT ACT.
• Under the Cyber Crime and IT Act, 2000, a person who commits cybercrime is liable to imprisonment for 2 to 7 years and a fine of up to a maximum of Rs.2 lac.
• In order to prevent cyber crime, programs should be held to raise awareness in the society and demonstrate how cyber crime occurs. Not only this, the person who commits cyber crime should also be informed about the types of penalties.

💠The main duty of forensic science is to cooperate scientifically in the solution of any crime.
💠Forensic science provides on-site scientific assistance to investigative agencies in obtaining physical evidence.
💠Forensic science gives a scientific opinion about the evidence collected by the police.
💠Forensic science plays a very important part in the process of justice.
💠The sections of forensic science are as follows:
(1) Forensic Physics
This section covers the identification of a person from a person's voice, counterfeit currency notes, examination of forged printed documents, etc.
(2) Mobile Forensic Services
Experts are immediate visits to a small place are carried out and on-the-spot tests are carried out on the spot, helping the investigating officers to gather the necessary monthly evidence at the crime scene.And gives a preliminary opinion regarding lime.
(3) Department of Forensic Photography:
